ABOUT MOONTIDE

Moontide Astro & Tarot is the creation of Cape Cod washashore Casey Tara.

Casey is a life-long explorer of both physical and inner landscapes. Her work as a therapist, background in outdoor education, and decade-plus study of astrology, have shaped her into a uniquely skilled astrological guide, capable of helping clients access more clarity and confidence through reflective readings.

Casey is also an experienced interpreter of tarot and oracle cards and finds their tactile and visual nature a grounding and inspiring addition to her practices.

When she's not busy reading charts, counseling clients, or culling oysters, you can find her happily wandering the woods, flats, or dunes of Cape Cod.

Approach

Archetypes deck oracle card by Kim Krans

(by the numbers)

Casey offers her clients a moment of connection and supported reflection by prioritizing presence, curiosity, and compassion (and sometimes sprinkling in a bit of humor, too).

Casey believes that, while astrology and tarot can help us piece together the stories unfolding within and around us, we are the ones that give meaning to those stories. To that end, Casey encourages clients to consciously work with their strengths and growth-edges and to own their ability to shape the unfolding of their lives.

In Casey's experience, the most helpful insights often originate within and just need the right support to emerge; sometimes that support just happens to comes in the form of a well-timed astrology or tarot reading.

For those who are astro-curious, Casey's practice is rooted in Traditional or Hellenistic astrology, which dates back to the 2nd century BCE and is just one of the many branches of astrology that have existed around the world since ancient times.

Additionally, though Casey is an experienced clinical social worker, her services through Moontide Astrology & Tarot do not fall under the umbrella of any type of clinical mental health service, including therapy. If you have any questions or would like further clarification, please reach out
